Session 2: "The Comms AI Challenge" Briefing

  • Introduction to the central project for the day.
  • Teams will be tasked with developing a comprehensive, AI-driven solution to a real-world communication challenge relevant to their department's function.
  • Formation of project teams and overview of the judging criteria, including innovation, feasibility, business impact, and integration of AI tools.

Session 3: AI Solution Development Workshop (Project Work)

  • Dedicated, hands-on time for teams to work on their projects.
  • Facilitators will provide one-on-one mentoring and technical guidance to each group.

Session 4: Final Preparations and Pitch Rehearsal

Session 5: Project Showcase and Competition

  • Each team will present their project to the group and a panel of judges.
  • Live Q&A session following each presentation.

Closing Session: Judging, Feedback, and Action Planning

  • Judges' deliberation and feedback on the presented solutions.
  • Announcement of the winning team.
  • Group discussion on key takeaways and a roadmap for implementing the most promising ideas generated during the workshop.
