Module 1 — Artificial Intelligence Landscape and Platform Overview (40 minutes)

  • Overview of the current AI ecosystem
  • Demonstration of interface navigation
  • Comparative analysis of platform capabilities
  • Introduction to the AI Tool Decision Matrix

This module establishes foundational context for all participants.

Module 2 — Comparative Performance Assessment (70 minutes)

Module content: This segment constitutes the primary instructional focus of the training.

Performance assessments include:

  1. Synthesis of research materials
  2. Spreadsheet manipulation and logical reasoning tasks
  3. Multimodal reasoning exercises
  4. Comparison of creative output generation

Participants will record evaluation findings in the Decision Matrix.

Break (10 minutes)

Module 3 — Workflow Integration and Custom AI Solutions (50 minutes)

  • Demonstration of Microsoft 365 automation capabilities
  • Demonstration of Google Workspace integration protocols
  • Evaluation of Custom GPTs versus Copilot Agents and Gemini Gems

The instructor will provide a demonstration of a single, straightforward agent configuration.

Break (10 minutes)

Module 4 — Strategic Implementation, Data Privacy, and Return on Investment (40 minutes)

  • Discussion of data privacy compliance requirements
  • Comparison of free versus paid service models
  • Analysis of subscription return on investment (ROI)

Participants will complete their respective Decision Matrices during this session.

Finalized Decision Matrix and Q&A Session (20 minutes)

Participants will determine the optimal tool selection for:

  • Research functions
  • Writing tasks
  • Productivity operations

The session concludes with an instructor-led discussion and question-and-answer period tailored to government requirements.

Requirements

Prerequisite Knowledge:

  • Fundamental competencies in operational efficiency, including information retrieval, technical writing, document management, and quantitative analysis.

  • General familiarity with the integration of artificial intelligence solutions within standard professional workflows.

Recommended Experience:

  • Proficiency in utilizing mainstream enterprise productivity suites, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

  • Previous engagement with generative AI services (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot) is advantageous, though not a mandatory qualification.

Technical Specifications:
