- Analysis of customer requirements and voice of the customer (VOC) in a government context
- Establishing product and process design goals for government applications
- Conducting Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and risk assessment for government projects
Session 3: Phase 2 - Product Design and Development
- Verification and validation of design for government products
- Application of Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) principles in government projects
- Conducting design reviews and managing engineering changes for government compliance
Session 4: Phase 3 - Process Design and Development
- Developing process flowcharts and control plans for government processes
- Utilizing measurement systems analysis (MSA) and statistical tools in government operations

Session 5: Phase 4 - Product and Process Validation
