Session 2: Phase 1 - Planning and Definition

  • Conducting Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and risk assessments in a government context

Session 3: Phase 2 - Product Design and Development

  • Verification and validation of design for compliance with government standards
  • Application of Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) principles in government projects
  • Conducting design reviews and managing engineering changes within government workflows

Session 4: Phase 3 - Process Design and Development

  • Creation of process flowcharts and process control plans for government operations
