      • Integration of Figma, Stitch, and Lovable within the operational workflow
      • Determining when a prototype provides greater value than static mockups
      • Practical application: Define a feature from your organizational backlog in five concise lines.
    • Wireframes and interactive prototypes
      • Progressing from initial briefs to the first design variants
      • Utilizing screenshots and sketches as foundational templates
      • Developing and evaluating parallel design variants

      • Implementing live modifications during review sessions
      • Generating subsequent versions directly based on received feedback
      • Collaborative exercise involving a client representative and a builder
      • Practical application: Conduct a simulated review in a paired exercise and apply three feedback items in real time.
    • Transition to development
      • Assessing the optimal timing for handover versus continued internal development
      • Exporting to GitHub and preparing comprehensive handover documentation
      • Coordinating with development teams utilizing Cursor or Claude Code
      • Practical application: Draft a handover document detailing objectives, screen layouts, and unresolved questions.
    • Feature completion and demonstration
      • Finalizing the feature prototype
      • Providing targeted coaching on individual case studies
      • Presenting demonstrations in a plenary setting
      • Practical application: Deliver a 90-second presentation of the prototype.
    • Deliverable: Each participant will possess a clickable prototype for their own feature, an archived design system, and a handover document for development.
