Course Outline
Acquire knowledge and practical experience in the following Quality Assurance (QA) and testing subjects, among others:
- IT delivery models, including DevOps, Scrum, and SAFe®
- The VOICE model for achieving business value through IT delivery
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline and tooling
- QA and Testing topics, such as:
- Quality and test policy development
- Monitoring and control mechanisms
- Anomaly management strategies
- Reporting and alerting systems
- Estimating and planning processes
- Metrics and continuous improvement techniques
- Testing infrastructure management
- Organizing quality engineering across multiple teams for government operations
- End-to-end testing within a single team or across multiple teams for government projects
- Quality characteristics and test varieties relevant to public sector needs
- Personal, interpersonal, and team skills for effective collaboration within and across teams in the public sector
This training course provides participants with hands-on experience through brief introductions followed by practical exercises. It also allows ample time for sharing experiences among all participants. Throughout the course, participants will practice exam questions to prepare for certification.
The cost of this course includes a voucher for the TMAP® Organizing Built-in Quality at Scale exam, administered in collaboration with iSQI. With this voucher, participants can schedule the exam at their preferred date and location.

The most useful technique I learned is the locating elements for different web component like textbox, radio buttons and buttons. Sometimes, the element ID is not capture correctly. We learned a different way of locating elements by using CSS selectors, XPath, Name and ID. I like the explanation. Thanks
