Course Outline
Acquire knowledge and practical experience in the following QA and testing subjects (among others):
- IT delivery models, including DevOps, Scrum, and SAFe®
- The VOICE model for achieving business value through IT delivery
- CI/CD pipeline and tooling
- QA and Testing topics, such as:
- quality and test policy
- monitoring and control
- anomaly management
- reporting and alerting
- estimating and planning
- metrics and continuous improvement
- infrastructure
- Organizing quality engineering across multiple teams
- End-to-end testing within a single team or across multiple teams
- Quality characteristics and test varieties
- Personal, interpersonal, and team skills for effective collaboration within and across teams
This training course is designed to provide participants with hands-on experience in these subjects through concise introductions followed by relevant exercises. It also allows ample time for sharing experiences among all participants. Throughout the course, participants will practice exam questions.
The cost of this course includes the TMAP® Organizing built-in quality at scale exam voucher. The exam is administered in collaboration with iSQI. With this voucher, you can schedule the exam on a date and at a location of your choice, ensuring flexibility for government professionals.
Requirements
For this training course, participants should have a foundational understanding of information technology, experience working in teams, and familiarity with Agile methodologies. While there are no specific certification requirements, we strongly recommend obtaining the “TMAP: Quality for Cross-Functional Teams” certificate prior to enrollment. This preparation will enhance the learning experience and align with best practices for government workflows.

The most useful technique I learned is the locating elements for different web component like textbox, radio buttons and buttons. Sometimes, the element ID is not capture correctly. We learned a different way of locating elements by using CSS selectors, XPath, Name and ID. I like the explanation. Thanks
