Course Outline
Acquire knowledge and practical experience in the following quality assurance and testing topics:
- The VOICE model for achieving business value through IT delivery
- IT delivery models, particularly DevOps
- Cross-functional teams and continuous quality engineering
- The whole-team approach and its significance for developers and operations personnel
- QA and testing topics, including:
- Review processes and pull requests
- Continuous improvement and metrics
- Continuous integration, test automation, and CI/CD pipelines
- Total cost of quality
- Indicators, reporting, and alerting mechanisms
- Quality measurement techniques
- Personal, interpersonal, and team skills development
- Testing varieties (performance, usability, security testing, and more)
- Experience-based testing methods: exploratory testing and mob testing
- Test design methodologies: boundary value analysis, path coverage, condition-oriented testing, code coverage, and mutation testing
The training course provides participants with hands-on experience in these subjects through concise introductions followed by relevant exercises. It also allows ample time for sharing experiences among all participants. Throughout the course, participants will practice exam questions.
On the final afternoon of this training course, participants will take a 1-hour exam consisting of 30 questions titled “TMAP: Quality for Cross-Functional Teams.” The exam is conducted in collaboration with iSQI and is designed to enhance proficiency and expertise for government professionals.
Requirements
For this training course, participants should possess a foundational understanding of information technology, experience working collaboratively in teams, and familiarity with Agile methodologies. No specific certifications are required for government enrollment.

Trainer is nice. His explanation is clear and interesting. He try to make the lessons interesting as possible. I enjoyed the lesson and gained a lot of knowledge. Thank you so much. The most useful technique I learned is the locating elements for different web component like textbox, radio buttons and buttons. Sometimes, the element ID is not capture correctly. We learned a different way of locating elements by using CSS selectors, XPath, Name and ID. I like the explanation. Thanks
