Learning Objectives

Upon successful completion of the training course, you will be able to:

  • Explain the fundamental concepts and principles of artificial intelligence management for government.
  • Describe the main requirements of ISO/IEC 42001 for an artificial intelligence management system (AIMS) in the public sector.
  • Identify approaches, methods, and techniques used for implementing, managing, and improving an AIMS within a governmental context.

Outline

Day 1: Introduction to artificial intelligence management systems (AIMS) and ISO/IEC 42001 for government.

Day 2: Artificial intelligence management system (AIMS) and certificate exam for government.

Examination

The ISO/IEC 42001 Foundation exam meets all of the PECB Examination and Certification Program (ECP) requirements and covers the following competency domains:

Domain 1: Fundamental principles and concepts of an artificial intelligence management system (AIMS) for government.

Domain 2: Artificial intelligence management system (AIMS) for government.

Certification

After passing the exam, you can apply for the “PECB Certificate Holder in ISO/IEC 42001 Foundation” certificate. For more information about ISO/IEC 42001 certifications and the PECB Certification process, please refer to Certification Rules and Policies.

The requirements for the ISO/IEC 42001 Foundation certificate are as follows:

General

  • Certification and examination fees are included in the price of the training course for government.
  • Participants will be provided with training course materials containing over 200 pages of information, practical examples, exercises, and quizzes relevant to governmental operations.
  • An attestation of course completion worth 14 CPD (Continuing Professional Development) credits will be issued to participants who have attended the training course for government.
  • Candidates who have completed the training course but failed the exam are eligible to retake the exam once for free within a 12-month period from the initial date of the exam for government.
