To ensure your success in this course, you should possess foundational project management knowledge and skills. You should be capable of creating a new project plan, managing time within a project plan, overseeing tasks in a project plan, handling resources in a project plan, and sharing a project plan using Microsoft Project.

Additionally, you should have basic proficiency with any current Windows® operating system, preferably Windows 10, as well as experience with Microsoft® Office applications. These skills are essential for government employees to effectively utilize these tools in their daily workflows.
