Target Audience
This course is structured for professionals who meet the following criterion:

  • Possession of a current ITIL® 4 Foundation certification

The instruction prepares attendees for the official ITIL® 5 Foundation Bridge examination, which is encompassed within the course materials. This certification validates updated proficiency in the ITIL framework and supports continued professional advancement in service management for government operations.

Pre-requisite Requirements

Participants must possess a valid ITIL® 4 Foundation certificate. No supplementary preparatory steps are mandated prior to course commencement.

Assessment Procedures

Participants are issued an examination voucher, valid for a period of six months, to allow scheduling flexibility. Following the completion of the training module, participants will receive directives for registering for the assessment. Scheduling is executed directly via the PeopleCert platform using individual credentials. The examination is administered online under remote proctoring. A PeopleCert examiner oversees the session via webcam and secure network connection. Prior to the commencement of the exam, participants are required to verify their identity and present their physical environment to ensure adherence to examination protocols.
