Requirements

Participants are required to meet the following prerequisites prior to enrollment:

  • Completion of a role-based administrator training module, such as those covering Messaging, Teamwork, Security, Compliance, or Collaboration.

  • Proficiency in Domain Name System (DNS) concepts and foundational experience with Microsoft 365 services.

  • Demonstrated competency in general information technology practices.

  • Practical familiarity with the PowerShell command-line environment.

This curriculum is intended for individuals pursuing the Microsoft 365 Administrator position who have successfully completed at least one of the official Microsoft 365 role-based administrator certification tracks, ensuring content is relevant and for government workforce development objectives.
