Requirements

Before attending this course, participants must have:

  • Completed a role-based administrator course for government, such as Messaging, Teamwork, Security, Compliance, or Collaboration.

  • A proficient understanding of DNS and practical experience with Microsoft 365 services.

  • A thorough knowledge of general IT practices.

  • Working proficiency with PowerShell.

This course is designed for individuals aspiring to the Microsoft 365 Administrator role and who have completed at least one of the Microsoft 365 role-based administrator certification paths for government.
