Requirements

The Modern Desktop Administrator for government must be proficient with Microsoft 365 workloads and possess strong skills and experience in deploying, configuring, and maintaining Windows 10 and later versions, as well as non-Windows devices. The role of the Modern Desktop Administrator emphasizes cloud services over on-premises management technologies. It is recommended that students complete course MD-100, Windows Client, before enrolling in this course to ensure they have a solid foundation in the necessary skills and knowledge.
