Course Characteristics and Objectives
The goal of the training is to understand what agile product development is based on the Scrum framework. During the training, you will learn about the roles, events, and artifacts of Scrum as well as its other elements. To reinforce information and better understand the agile approach, we have prepared exercises and simulations that will give you the knowledge to start organizing work in Scrum, how meetings should proceed, how to create and manage requirements, schedules, and how to track progress. You will also learn about User Stories, the purpose of Planning Poker, what a burn-down chart provides, and how the Definition of “Done” is created. The training is based on the latest official Scrum guide (Scrum Guide) published in November 2017.
For those interested, there is an option to order vouchers that allow you to take the Professional Scrum Master I exam.
