Professional Scrum for Software Development Training Course

Applying Professional Scrum (APS) is a two-day course designed to teach Scrum through highly practical, hands-on instruction and team-based exercises. Participants will be immediately engaged in real-world scenarios.

Professional Scrum Certification

All participants who complete the Applying Professional Scrum course will receive a password to take the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) assessment. The industry-recognized PSM I certification requires a minimum passing score of 85%. APS class participants who attempt the PSM I assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not achieve at least 85% will be granted a second attempt at no additional cost.

This course provides participants with: - An overview of what “Agile” entails and the reasons why organizations need it to thrive in an ever-changing world. - The tools to identify potential opportunities, challenges, and impacts of Agile in terms of business value, emphasizing its importance for next-generation organizations. - An understanding of techniques to support teams in maintaining long-term agility, including the roles leaders play, shifts in thinking, and the relationship between complexity and empiricism. - Methods to foster the continuous development of individuals, helping them grow and prosper within an Agile framework. - Guidance on how to measure and guide agile product delivery. - Strategies for scaling agility across multiple teams within the organization while ensuring they collaborate effectively to achieve a common vision. ### Professional Agile Leadership Certification All participants who complete the Professional Agile Leadership - Essentials course will receive a password to attempt the Professional Agile Leadership I (PAL I) certification assessment. Participants in the PAL-E class who take the PAL I assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a second attempt at no additional cost. This 2-day Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS) workshop is designed to simulate a large software development project using the Nexus™ framework.
