- The Leadership versus Management module covers:
- The distinctions and commonalities between leadership and management. It explores the qualities that define a great leader and a great manager.
- Various management styles and their applications for government operations.
- The Delivering Change module addresses:
- The factors that contribute to successful or unsuccessful change initiatives in public sector environments.
- Key principles of effective change management for government organizations.
- Understanding and managing resistance to change, including scenarios where such resistance can be beneficial.
