Who Should Attend:
This course is designed for all types of learners aiming to enhance their workflows with free AI solutions for government.
Prerequisites:
There are no formal prerequisites; however, participants will benefit most if they are comfortable using a web browser, navigating websites, and managing files. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is also advantageous.
Internet Access & Web Browser:
Since many AI tools are cloud-based, participants should have reliable internet access and be proficient in using a web browser to access these tools.
Licensing Requirements:
To successfully complete the Use Case exercises in this course, each participant must have:
• Access to a Microsoft 365 subscription (Bring Your Own Subscription) where they are licensed to use Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• A Microsoft OneDrive account, as Copilot requires OneDrive to facilitate the file sharing tasks utilized throughout the Use Case exercises.
