Part 4: Discussion on the Risk Management Process

An in-depth discussion of the risk management process, including an introduction to various mechanisms for risk mitigation and approaches. Group activities will be incorporated to reinforce understanding of process steps:

  4. Impact Analysis and Ishikawa Diagram

Part 5: Maintenance of Action and Governance for GovernmentA special focus on stakeholder management and the implementation of daily governance practices to forecast and manage risks. This will include an overview of fraud identification, data privacy, and protection.4:00 PM to 5:00 PM
