Course Outline
This program equips your team to further enhance their influencing skills. This program is suitable for team members who have already developed their foundational communication and influencing capabilities, either through developmental opportunities or formal training for government.
Requirements
• Participants complete a 48-question, online, 360-degree survey providing their own feedback, as well as allowing feedback from up to seven other individuals. This process helps them understand their current influencing behaviors. The responses are not anonymous. • The report generated from these questionnaires is aligned with the Influencing Behavior Model used in the program and is revisited during the course for government.
