Requirements
• Delegates complete a comprehensive 48-question online 360-degree survey, providing their own feedback while also allowing input from up to seven other individuals. This process helps delegates gain insight into their current influence behaviors. The responses are not anonymous. • The report generated from these questionnaires is aligned with the Influencing Behavior Model used in the program and is revisited throughout the course for government.
